This mouse monoclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets CRTC1 (CREB-regulated transcription coactivator 1), also known as TORC1 or MECT1, a cytoplasmic transcriptional coactivator that translocates to the nucleus upon cAMP/PKA signaling to potentiate CREB-dependent gene expression. CRTC1 contributes to glucose homeostasis, neuronal plasticity, and is the N-terminal partner of the MECT1-MAML2 fusion oncoprotein frequently identified in mucoepidermoid salivary gland carcinomas.
