Anti-CRP Antibody [N1G1]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody to CRP from Antibodies.com is the N1G1 clone of IgG1 isotype, raised in mouse and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for ELISA and reacts with human CRP, while not cross-reacting with human normal serum proteins. The immunogen was purified CRP from human pleural fluid, and the antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is supplied lyophilised in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.0, to be reconstituted with double distilled water, with concentration being reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
