Anti-CRP Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal Anti-CRP reagent is a rabbit-derived primary antibody raised against human C-Reactive Protein, an acute-phase pentraxin secreted by hepatocytes during systemic inflammation. The unconjugated IgG fraction is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, packaged in a 100 µl vial that supports multiple Western blot and immunohistochemistry runs.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples, the antibody recognizes CRP, a pentraxin subunit of roughly 25 kDa that assembles into the native 115 kDa pentameric complex circulating in blood.
