Anti-CRP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against C Reactive Protein (CRP), supplied unconjugated. Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human C-Reactive Protein (NP_000558.2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal; CRP is reported at a molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
