Anti-CRP Antibody [63F4]

A Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody (clone 63F4) directed against CRP, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is validated for ELISA and reacts with Human samples, and does not recognise human normal serum proteins. The immunogen used was purified CRP from human pleural fluid.

The antibody is supplied lyophilised, formulated from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.0, and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is carried out with double distilled water, and the resulting concentration is reconstitution dependent.
