Anti-CROT Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, directed against the CROT target. The IgG reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–87 of human CROT (NP_001230674.1). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and the concentration is lot specific. The reported molecular weight of the target is 70 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IP 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
