Anti-CRNN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cornulin (CRNN), available through Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for use with human and mouse samples.

The antibody is generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 396–495 of human CRNN (NP_057274.1). It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 60 kDa.

Recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific. A third-party source also lists ELISA as a cited application.
