Anti-CRLF2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CRLF2 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–231 of human CRLF2 (NP_071431.2), with an observed molecular weight of 50 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:200–1:1,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
