Anti-CrkL (phospho-Y207) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CrkL and specifically recognizes the protein when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 207. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CrkL around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 207, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Crk-L only when phosphorylated at Tyr207. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 39 kDa.
