Anti-Crk2 (phospho-Y221) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Crk2 (phospho-Y221). The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Crk2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 221. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Crk II protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr221. The observed molecular weight is approximately 42 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
