Anti-Crk2 (phospho-Try221) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Crk2 and is specific for the protein when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 221. It is supplied unconjugated as 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Crk2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 221. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Crk2 protein only when phosphorylated at Try221. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
