Anti-Crk2 (P215) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Crk2 (P215), available from Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of human Crk2, and the antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Crk2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The Crk2 target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
