Anti-Crk2 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalogue, this Mouse monoclonal antibody is raised against full-length human Crk2 and is supplied as 50 µl of purified immunoglobulin in a buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme label (unconjugated). The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples, where it detects endogenous Crk2 protein with the predicted ~34 kDa band, and is affinity-purified from mouse ascites by epitope-specific chromatography to >95% purity (SDS-PAGE). As a monoclonal IgG produced in a Mouse host, the antibody gives reproducible, clone-specific recognition of the Crk2 adapter molecule and is recommended for researchers studying Crk-mediated downstream signalling. For short-term handling the vial can be kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C, while for longer storage it should be aliquoted and held at –20 °C to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
