Anti-CRISP2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human CRISP2 (Cysteine-Rich Secretory Protein 2), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets a testis-enriched protein that localizes to the acrosomal region of developing and mature spermatids. CRISP2 is implicated in spermatogenesis, sperm motility, and the sperm-egg fusion step of fertilization, and altered CRISP2 expression has been reported in studies of male infertility and certain tumor types, making it a useful reagent for reproductive biology and oncology research programs.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a formulation suited to standard short- and long-term storage.
