Anti-CRIP2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, is specific for CRP-2 (also known as CRIP2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, has an IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–208 of human CRIP2 (NP_001303.1). The antibody recognises a target of 22 kDa and has been affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. It is intended for research use only.
