CRHSP-24, also called CARHSP1 (Calcium-Regulated Heat-Stable Protein 1), is a cold-shock domain-containing RNA-binding protein that participates in calcium-mediated signaling, stress granule assembly, and regulation of mRNA stability. The Antibodies.com Anti-CRHSP-24 polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and provided as an unconjugated primary antibody optimized for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples.

Each vial contains 100 µl of liquid antibody that can be applied directly to immunoblotted membranes for detection of the endogenous CRHSP-24 protein. For IHC, the reagent is compatible with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections following standard antigen retrieval. Because the antibody is unconjugated, any rabbit-compatible secondary antibody or detection system can be paired downstream for chromogenic or fluorescent readout.

Working dilutions should be empirically determined; a typical starting range for polyclonal primaries is appropriate for western blot, while IHC signal on human tissue is commonly enhanced by heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer. The reagent is intended for research use only and should be refrigerated upon arrival; aliquoting is recommended to limit repeated freeze-thaw exposure and preserve reagent performance over time.
