Anti-CRHR1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CRF1/CRHR1, supplied in liquid form as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples [C0, S1]. It has been validated for western blot (WB) and is listed under applications as suitable for immunohistochemistry (IHC) [C0, S1].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–120 of human CRHR1 (NP_001138618.1), and the target protein is reported to migrate at a molecular weight of 60 kDa [S1]. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. Concentration is lot specific [S1]. The recommended western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000 [S1].

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
