Anti-CRHBP Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human CRHBP (corticotropin-releasing hormone-binding protein), a 37 kDa secreted glycoprotein that modulates the bioavailability of CRH and urocortin within the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Raised in rabbit, the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum in a 50 µl vial and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows on human-derived samples.

CRHBP sequesters CRH in circulation and at tissue interfaces, dampening downstream corticotropin and glucocorticoid signalling. Investigators studying chronic stress, affective disorders, placental endocrinology, and inflammation-linked HPA dysregulation use this reagent to track CRHBP expression in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
