Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human CRHBP using recombinant full-length protein as the immunogen. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of CRHBP and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography. A molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa is reported, with antibody purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Three scientific validation images accompany the product.
