Anti-CRH Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), supplied unconjugated in liquid form by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. Raised in rabbit, the reagent has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 25–194 of human CRH (NP_000747.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot-specific. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided.

Storage instructions are to ship at 4°C, then aliquot and store at –20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
