Anti-CRF-RII (H112) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CRF-RII. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 96-85 of human CRF-RII. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of CRF-RII protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
