Anti-CRF-RI (H177) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CRF-RI and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–200 of Human CRF-RI, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CRF-RI protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~50 kDa.

The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
