Anti-CRF-RI Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRF-RI) and is intended for researchers studying stress-axis signalling and GPCR neurobiology. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human CRF-RI, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of the target in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is offered here in a 50µl liquid format at approximately 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. The conjugate is unconjugated, giving full flexibility for downstream labelling or secondary-detection workflows, and the host–clonality combination (Rabbit, Polyclonal, IgG) supports broad epitope coverage in tissues where CRF-RI expression may be heterogeneous.
