Anti-CREM Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl aliquot of a 1.0 mg/mL rabbit polyclonal antiserum, this reagent targets the cAMP-responsive element modulator (CREM), also known as ICER or inducible cAMP early repressor, and is raised against a recombinant human CREM immunogen that is subsequently removed by affinity purification. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of total CREM protein and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples, giving laboratories a single reagent that covers multiple model systems. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, shipped on cold packs at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
