CREM (cAMP Responsive Element Modulator) is a bZIP transcription factor of the ATF/CREB family that regulates cAMP-dependent gene expression in many cell types. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human CREM target and supplied at 100 µl for laboratory research applications. It is offered for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples, supporting studies of transcriptional control in spermatogenesis, circadian rhythm biology, T-cell activation, and endocrine signaling pathways. The polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple CREM protein variants expressed across different tissues, which is useful when probing whole-cell lysates or fixed tissue sections for endogenous CREM levels. Researchers working on reproductive biology, neurobiology, or immune cell signaling can apply the reagent to standard immunoblotting and chromogen-based imaging protocols. Storage at -20°C in working aliquots helps preserve activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
