Anti-CREBZF Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the CREBZF protein and is supplied in a 50 µl format at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, then formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser; the immunoglobulin fraction corresponds to rabbit IgG. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent reacts with both human and mouse CREBZF, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human CREBZF. Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of total CREBZF protein.
