Description
From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets CREB3 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human CREB3 and detects endogenous levels of CREB3 protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa, and the reagent is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
