Anti-CREB1 (phospho S142) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against CREB1 phosphorylated at serine 142. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S142 of human CREB1.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500-1:1,000) and immunohistochemistry (recommended dilution 1:50-1:100), and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

For shipping and storage, the vial is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
