Anti-CREB1 (phospho S133) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194687)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S133 of human CREB1 (NP_604391.1), with an immunogen sequence of RPSYR. It detects the CREB protein when phosphorylated at Ser133 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of 43 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity purification using the immunizing phosphopeptide.

Validated by the manufacturer for western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:200–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
