Anti-CREB1 (phospho S133) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises CREB1 when phosphorylated at Ser133 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S133 of human CREB1 (NP_604391.1), with the immunogen sequence RPSYR.

Concentration is lot specific and the product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, following affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100. The reported molecular weight of the target is 40 kDa.

For storage, the antibody is supplied at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
