Anti-CREB (phospho Ser133) Antibody [B1C4]

Phosphorylation of CREB at Ser133 marks the transcriptionally active form of the cAMP response element-binding protein and is a widely used readout in cellular signal transduction research. This mouse monoclonal antibody (clone B1C4) selectively recognises the phosphorylated Ser133 epitope on human CREB, allowing laboratories to monitor activation downstream of cAMP/PKA, MSK1/2, and CaMK kinase cascades.

Provided by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, the product is supplied as 100 µg of lyophilised IgG2 prepared from mouse hybridoma cell culture. Reconstitute the vial with sterile distilled water before use; store the lyophilised powder refrigerated and protect from light.
