Anti-CREB (phospho-S142) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CREB phosphorylated at Serine 142. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CREB around the phosphorylation site of Serine 142. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It specifically detects endogenous levels of CREB protein only when phosphorylated at Ser142. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.

The antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
