Anti-CREB (K236) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the CREB protein, with the recognised epitope corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of human CREB. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide based on that region. The reagent is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, including ICC/IF. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of CREB protein.

The target has a stated molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
