Anti-CREB (I127) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the I127 epitope of CREB and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human CREB, and it detects endogenous levels of CREB protein.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. Three scientific validation images accompany the product, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
