From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit monoclonal (Q19-D) antibody to CREB, supplied as a liquid. The antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for WB, ICC/IF, ELISA, and IP.
The immunogen is a peptide derived from the region close to the N-terminus of human CREB, and the antibody recognizes the epitope located between Arg124 - Asp140. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.
The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000 and ELISA: 1:20,000.
