Anti-CREB (Ab-133) Antibody

The immunogen was conjugated to KLH and antibodies were isolated by epitope-specific peptide affinity chromatography, yielding a preparation supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a total protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The antibody is unconjugated and recognizes the endogenous level of total CREB protein while also cross-reacting with the CREB-related transcription factor ATF-1.
