Anti-CREB (Ab-129) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide surrounding amino acids 127–131 (I-L-S-R-R) of human CREB. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, unconjugated and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody specifically detects the endogenous level of total CREB protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. Polyclonal antibodies were generated by immunizing rabbits with the synthetic peptide coupled to KLH and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide.
