Anti-CREB-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the CREB-1 transcription factor (cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human CREB-1 around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 133, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CREB-1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, buffered in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide to preserve activity.
