Anti-CRBN Antibody

It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with one scientific validation image referenced in the product record.

The reagent is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid, with concentration reported as lot specific. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human CRBN (NP_001166953.1). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500 to 1:1,000. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.
