Anti-CRAT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CRAT, supplied unconjugated as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is of the IgG isotype and is produced by affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 380–626 of human CRAT (NP_000746.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 68 kDa.
