Anti-CR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human CR1 (also known as CD35), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 420-550 of human CD35/CR1 (NP_000642.3). It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 270 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
