Anti-CPTI-M Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CPTI-M, a target also referenced by synonyms including CPT I, CPT1-M and KIAA1670. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation suitable for standard immunodetection workflows.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CPTI-M, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The formulation is liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, supplied at 1 mg/mL. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and detects endogenous levels of CPTI-M protein.

Validated applications include WB, IHC and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
