Anti-CPT1B Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CPT1B and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 533–772 of human CPT1B (NP_004368.1) and is affinity purified in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:100–1:500 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.
