Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CPT1A, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent of IgG isotype. Raised in rabbit, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of CPT1A protein in these species.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length Human CPT1A. The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the target protein migrates at ~88 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
