Anti-CPS1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets CPS1 and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 750–970 of human CPS1 (NP_001866.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 165 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
