Anti-CPOX Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against CPOX (coproporphyrinogen oxidase), a mitochondrial enzyme. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 111-454 of human CPOX (NP_000088.3). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and has been affinity purified. The target protein migrates at approximately 36 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
