Anti-CPN2 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets the CPN2 protein, also known as the Carboxypeptidase N regulatory subunit. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 490-535 of Human CPN2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the Carboxypeptidase N regulatory subunit protein, observed at molecular weights of approximately 61 and 83 kDa.
