Anti-CPM (L113) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CPM (L113) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 80-130 of Human CPM. The antibody detects endogenous levels of CPM protein and shows an observed molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
