Anti-CPM Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CPM (Carboxypeptidase M), offered by Antibodies.com in their range of primary antibodies. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity against Human and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 204-443 of human CPM (NP_001005502.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and recognises the target at a molecular weight of 51 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
