Anti-CPLX2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CPLX2 (Complexin 2), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–134 of human CPLX2 (NP_006641.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 15 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific. CPLX2 displays tissue-enhanced expression in brain, epididymis, and pituitary gland, and localises to vesicles intracellularly.
